We do not use cookies and have no links to other websites.

Information is held within our office software, stored and backed up locally.

 

Paper copies of certificates are held securely at our premises for the duration of the qualification. All information will be treated as confidential and will only be shared with the person holding the qualification or their employer, where appropriate.

 

Controlling your personal information:

We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information.

You may request details of personal information which we hold about you under the Data Protection Act 1998 by using our contact form, or on sellwoodtraining@hotmail.co.uk

If you believe any information we are holding on you is incorrect or incomplete, please write to or e-mail us as soon as possible at the above address. We will promptly correct any information found to be incorrect.

 

Certificates for First Aid at Work and Emergency First Aid at Work Courses are issued by our Awarding Organisation, Qualsafe Awards. Candidates' names are submitted for this purpose, but no other details. Sellwood Training is also subject to IQA and EQA monitoring by Qualsafe Awards. Assessment papers and feedback forms are checked as part of this process but personal information is not collected or passed on. Sellwood Training undertakes to retain all information obtained from individuals and businesses in line with the requirements of all applicable Data Protection Laws, including the UK Data Protection Act 1998 and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) 2018.
